Terms of Service

Stable Casino is a non-custodial gaming platform on Solana. You connect your own wallet; we never hold your private keys. Bets are placed by burning StableCasino (SC) tokens from your wallet. Winnings, when applicable, are paid in USDC from a publicly visible treasury wallet.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and not prohibited from online gambling where you reside. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of this platform is lawful in your location.

Wallet connection and message signing constitute your identity on the platform. We do not operate traditional user accounts with passwords or email recovery. Loss of wallet access means loss of access to your on-platform history tied to that address.

All game outcomes are computed server-side using a provably-fair seed commitment system. Bet and payout limits scale with treasury liquidity and may change in real time. Burns are irreversible on-chain; voided or failed bets are handled according to our settlement rules and on-chain verification.

Cryptocurrency and token values are volatile. SC price, network fees, RPC outages, and smart-contract risk may affect your experience. Payouts depend on treasury liquidity; when liquidity is insufficient, bets may be paused.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stable Casino is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including lost tokens, failed transactions, or network delays.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
